This 2 hours workshop is to guide you into the breathtaking playful world of upside down!
We will be working through a series of intelligent warm up involving wrist and shoulder mobility., locomotion work and abdominal engagement.
Get comfortable with bodyweight onto the hands, gazing point, breathwork integration and understanding shoulders position. We will then create a safe environment into overcoming fears and developing a solid foundation with various wall work. Partner spotting will be introduced during wall work practice and eventually getting ourselves off the wall.
The 2 hours will provide you with the tools and training methods to propel you towards a proficient upside down practice. Most importantly, is to have fun in a circle of like minded community and practicing it safely.
